NAXCON GmbH was among a select group of German companies that presented their technologies during the German-Philippine Security Conference in Manila, highlighting the growing importance of innovative defence solutions and international cooperation.
From 4 to 6 October 2026, NAXCON participated in a high-level German security delegation to the Philippines, bringing together representatives from government, defence and industry to explore opportunities for cooperation in the security and defence sector.
Representing NAXCON, Dr. Johannes Martin, Head of Technology Development and New Ventures, presented the company’s counter-drone technologies and electronic defence solutions as part of a select group of German companies showcasing their capabilities. The presentations formed part of the programme’s focus on operational resilience and force protection, alongside contributions covering testing and certification services, as well as spare-parts procurement and supply-chain solutions.
The delegation programme included briefings on German-Philippine defence cooperation, meetings with the Philippine Department of National Defense and Lufthansa Technik Philippines, and the German-Philippine Security Conference in Manila. Notably, the meetings with the Philippine Department of National Defense took place at ministerial and undersecretary level, underlining the high-level nature and strategic importance of the discussions.
In addition to the official programme, the delegation's schedule included further B2B meetings with potential partners, providing opportunities to establish new business contacts, explore potential partnerships and discuss concrete areas for future cooperation.
